Hello !

I`m doing a little searching and try to find some people who are interested in construction, building and financing.
I invested in Pbmining about 42BTC and never get this back and don`t know if Pbmining will sink or not and that`s why I`m starting to make my own projects.
My plan is to find a total amount of 60 BTC to start the first project here in Brazil (and max. 25 persons).

-profits will come from selling the houses and from mining

-this is a long term investment not a (money today project)

-profits will start in 6months (because I will do construction project first and with these profits will be bought some mining hardware to get monthly payments.

-Total of 25 shares and 1 share is 2.5BTC total amount of 62.BTC

I think it`s looking very suspiciously. I am sorry to hear that you lost in Pbmining. This was your decision and I saw a lot of warnings on Pbmining.
Without very good explanation of your project I think this is just scam.

this is only a example of a house for a sale (not my project!).
Selling price of this house is about 60BTC and construction costs maybe -50% of that price and with 62.5BTC I had in mind to build 1 2 family house and have a selling price of total 120 000R = 120BTC (?)

60BTC profit or little less is a OK profit I think and next project again with about 60btc and now we could also have mining hardware with about 60btc and having own mining hardware with about 60btc is much and after that you could get profit from construction business and also mining.

I would go to btcjam but loan with over 60BTC is too much when I can`t pay back in the first 6 months.

and please don`t say that this is a scam, because it is not.

if it would be scam I would rather say that 1 share is 0.25btc and not have people with max 25.

it`s just easier to make bigger things in a group and not alone and with lower risks.

But that's what scammers always say too You should get a bank to fund this with fiat if it's really 'legit'. With bitcoins it really doesn't make much sense as its very volatile.
Either A) lock your thread and ask a mod to remove it
B) move it to the right section , Lending - long term  and prepared to be flamed again.
Either way, you wont be able to secure a single penny without any collateral so my choice would be A).

Why people can`t understand that bitcoin is not living or not survive only with mining and trading between community friends.
Bitcoin needs business around it.

It`s good that bitcoin have big companies what accept it as a payment method but this is not helping people who don`t know or understand bitcoin.

Most of the people here are investing maybe 10-200 dollars and calling everybody scammers.

I try to find people with more money to make some things happen not only mining with max. 700Gh/s or trading with 0.1btc monthly and waiting when the price of bitcoin will be 30milllion dollars.

I really try to find people who are little more motivated to work and do some business with bitcoins and not only be like a sheep.


And please stop calling me scammer or giving me negative trust without a reason.

Money don`t move before I find these people and contracts made and everybody knows each others.
There must be some other people also who would like to have their own projects to do and when a small group do things together there is much more power to do things.

I could do my own construction project alone and it would just take a much more time, but I like to go with other projects also and not do everything alone.
With a group with people from different countries there is much more possibilities to do things.

I know everybody don`t understand what I try to say, but you can try.


construction project is a test phase and if it succeed like I have planned. I have worked with costruction in 15 years + 5 years as summer jobs.
So I know my things.

And yes I wish to find people who has already their "mining farms" and want to expand with this, also programmers and normal people with good marketing skills.

I`m not asking 0.001btc and no money moving before contracts are made. I`m only trying to find people who are interested about this, so please stop saying that this is a scam!

When I have found the people and invested money of 25btc I can start the first phase in this project.

I mean that that all money goes through escrow and I will send the legal documents with your names to the escrow and to you.
