Interesting thing is, 99% people don't have any how email actually works, but they still using it Smiley
Same with world-wide-web. Conclusion? You don't need to understand specific technology, you can just use it.

We need to take bitcoin exactly there, where the internal complexity will be coated with sweet UI and people will be able to handle it securely with ease.

Yep, it will need to get real pretty and easy to get to be used by the average Joe.
I think that with the obsession with design nowadays it will happen much sooner than with email.

(People really do not know how to use email, most of my friends/family just keep all their messages in the inbox, FOREVER...)

Services in general are made for people to easily use.
Most of us don't know everything about computers or other electronics devices but we're still using them.
If bitcoin becomes viral then there would have to be a guide or something that people can understand...

I'd say Bitcoin is more akin to the protocol TCP/IP than the application layer of Email.

Especially if you include the Blockchain and Proof of work algo for mining.  Bitcoin + Blockchain is definitely complex math based protocol that requires exponential computing power and networked nodes to solve blocks and relay confirmations.

Just like you need tons of routers, switches, and web servers, not to mention the web browsers and programs to run Internet applications, TCP/IP or Internet Protocol is probably a more apt comparison for Bitcoin.

bitcoin will NEVER go there unless it reaches an stable price. nobody will use a currency which falls in value over 100$ in a short period of time
