Just wondering where are the coins with less present inflation than the U.S. dollar or the euro?

Amazed that you didn't get a single response when you wrote the OP over a year ago ..

I'm assuming ( correctly ? ) that any fully distributed POW coin or
any fully distributed POS coin with an annual  stake  percentage less
than say the current USD inflation rate  would be considered "low inflation"
Of course, one can argue the "fairness" of the distribution scheme for the coins that qualify ..
