i transfer 49.9999 BTC to my wallet through terminal.but wallet address showing 0 balance.my bitcoin core wallet is not symced yet.what is the problem

I am not great at solo mining, but these look like testnet addresses.
From your question I'd think that this is not intended.

Regtest means that the client has created a private Blockchain that only you can see. Its similar to testnet but only you can see it.

These are valid, as in your private blockchain. These will not be visible on the mainnet and they cannot been seen by anyone. Hence, no one will recognise those coins as "Bitcoins". It will not go through on the main Bitcoin Blockchain.
