You want 6 Million premine on 10 million Coins over 10 years?

In order to calculate it you need to have your Block Time first. For example if you wanted 4 million paid over 10 years that is 400,000 per year and if the Block Time is 2 minutes that would be a reward of 1.5 Coins per Block.

first you need to decide the block time and then calculate total number of approximate blocks will generated in 5 years time period and then divide the coins left for mining after premine with the total number of blocks that you calculated using above guide and you will get block rewards
