Hi there,

Pretty new but I'm beginning to amass some BTC and I'm wondering if there is a reliable service out there for converting BTC to GBP (preferably paid directly to a paypal account).

Anyone know of any services? I'm a little bit dubious of some websites, BTC seems to be the perfect conduit for scamming others.

If anyone knows of any services which they have used I'd be glad to hear! (I'm on deepbit atm).

Cheers

https://fastcash4bitcoins.com

We only pay out in USD but PayPal will convert to your local currency.

Intersango are regarded the best in this currency.

https://intersango.com/fees.php

UK domestic to/from Metro

£0.20 for transfers below £100.00

Not sure why the direct to PP route is needed, you can withdraw to your bank and just use your debit card on PP, same thing.

Hope this helped

Another vote for Intersango here. Of course, I withdraw to a UK bank account, which doesn't sound like what you want. But hey, once it's in your bank, it's all good, right?

(Except if your bank is Barclays I suppose. Ooh, burrn!)

If I've said anything amusing and/or informative and you're feeling generous:

Smiley Cheers for the heads up guys, will certainly look at those two options. Exchange rates seem much better than quoted elsewhere.

Intersango's great, have always used them for BTC->GBP.

If you must have it in paypal, you can get rates ~5% worse than the intersango spot price at spendbitcoins.com
