I don't think it's actually a scam if the OP clearly states that it's a ponzi, people know the game and its up to them if they wanna lose their coins or not. Sooner or later everyone loses apart from the man behind the ponzi.

300% is a dead give away, and why bother to attempt a ponzi? i dont get it.. ponzis always burn everyone its why people hate that stuff.

People are also inherently greedy and incredibly stupid, which is why these schemes work even today. I say let them burn if they choose to be burnt.
