So a few days ago i joined bitstamp when it came back online & loaded 1.4 BTC. I then wanted to look at their platform but found it to be shitty. I have verified my account with ID & phone number which is all fine.So i thought il just withdraw. When trying to take back my coins i got this message :

Bitcoin withdrawals are currently unavailable for your account.

So i have opened a ticket regarding this and waited 48 hours for a response.

Now i have just received this :

they are not scamming you . they will give you the money in fiat because they have detected shady activity on your account and blocked the btc.

on the top of my mind i can think of you trying to log from another ip and claiming to be hacked afterwards . this is just a example of shady activity im not saying you did it im saying bitstamp says you are shady.

get your fiat from the conversion in your account and be on your way.
