Speculating Coinbase's Lunar announcement for tomorrow

I want to hear what you think might be tomorrow's announcement.

Some random guesses:
- A new regulated USD/BTC exchange hosted by Coinbase? Currently they aren't really an exchange but a broker.
- Partnership with a mutual fund company like Fidelity or Vanguard allowing people to invest in BTC with their 401k.

I've absolutely no idea.

But they don't have a history of hyping hot air, unlike blockchain.info's habit of insinuating wonders that end up being very exciting for them and no one else.

It seems a bit tongue in cheek to be something truly enormous.

Agreed. I'm wondering why would they would present it like this instead of an update on their blog or a tweet? Seems really strange... makes me want to buy a coin or two today, but I'm resisting the urge as most hypes I've seen previously end up being let downs.

Would be awesome if they just used their money to buy large sums of BTC and driving the price up a lot. Well, they would effectively deliver luna by getting us to the moon!

I kinda feel it ought to have something actually to do with the moon or space. Otherwise, it's unpleasant price pumping using the "to the moon" phrase.

They surely got a nice sense of humor! And I also think they know that it's not healthy to over-promise and under-deliver. I don't think they'll go and pull a 'Blockchain.info' By hyping up a change of their background color or something similar...

So maybe a new ETF launched by Coinbase in cooperation with people active on Wall Street? Could be something like Second Market. They may be interested in offering an investment vehicle for professional traders and registered investors.
