Not sure, but doesn't Skype give you a number country specific ? Are there specific countries you are looking for ?

UNfortunately, they don't give country specific numbers.

Not sure if it is what OP is after but I think there are people selling US phone numbers in the marketplace forum. Not sure about other countries though.

EDIT: After some searching, it looks like they're all Google Voice numbers. It doesn't look like you can change the country either.

I needed one for Germany , Spain , China and India. Maybe Russia too , if possible.
