i think clevermining offers automatic payout once a week. Or more often if you reach certain amount ... minimum payout is usually around 1 mBTC (0.001 BTC).

Bitcoins should be ready to spend within an hour after you see the transaction (just need few blocks to get confirmed)

Are you using any Cloud mining company? give us more informations so we can help you out to solve your problem

What mining pool are you using?  Would be happy to help you but its hard to say anything with the information you provided.

Most sites have a limit or a weekly withdraw that you can set up

I affraid you won't get paid. You have to reach at least 0.0001 BTC IMO
