That's an amount where sending a bank wire to an exchange is probably your best option.  BITSTAMP, Mt. Gox, and others take bank wire:

If you do this frequently, consider a bulk seller like BitcoinsDirect (occasionally they'll invite more buyers)

I am US based.  the closest BOA is at least 60+ miles away:(     I have done it several times through bitinstant to a Bitcoin address and once through a mtgoxcode from bitinstant but the last 2 times i went through bitinstant at least 1 or 2 of the 4-5 transactions would hang up. now i see on the forums its basically a crapshoot if ytour gunna get ur coins on time from them.
I can do Moneygram, W.U(although my least favorite option)  Moneypak (u must have incredible standing and feedback on the forum here and more proven feedback from another fourm wouldnt hurt either:)
I have doneCash in mail once but dont really care for that either... too long of wait usually.

I will look at a few of the options above as well

None taken. You are a educated client.
I will message you from my personal account, this account has been whitelisted as a business only account.
I have been apart of the community since 2011, and completed 100's of thousands of dollars in transactions.
