I don't know of any place where you can walk in off the street and buy one, but there are a number of sites where you can buy them online. You can also find new miners on ebay and Amazon.

You can buy from eBay or in Computer Hardware board. I advise you to not mining. It's not profitable anymore for home users.

this is true if you work in some big company with many PC try to mine like that no starting capital you can get more but be careful with this.
