pool 0 slow/down or url credentials invalid

Hi, I am solo mining an altcoin with cfgminer, and it mines but then after a few minutes says the follow: "pool 0 slow/down or url credentials invalid"

Any reason?

or just credential is invalid, maybe you are not even mining, but just "stratum detecting new block"

I'm mining an alt coin and the coins show it;s just it stops and then I have to start the bfgminer again

i'm not too familiar with bfgminer, try sgminer if you have ati or ccminer

I also have this problem since a few days... it was my shitty AV. This is the last time I buy one.
