I ran an ICO, near 2 months ago. I was not able to fullify what I promised, so I'm flagged as a "scammer".

If you promised something and did not deliver, you are a scammer.

make it right and perhaps you may not be viewed that way....some day.

Just don't promise things you can't deliver.
