Coinbase Google Authenticator

I have 2 FA on coinbase and put in my usa google voice number and also put google authenticator.  However each time i log in... it sends an sms message to my google voice number which i do receive.  However i would like to use google authenticator instead.  How do i change this option to google authenticator as oppose to sms to my google voice number?  Last time i deleted my google voice number from it and then i couldn't get any 2FA at all.  I dont see where in settings i make google authenticator my primary option.  I would prefer to have the google voice number as a backup.  Can someone tell me how to do this then?
