While I cannot speak to the legitimacy of this person's bets, I can speak to the fairness and trustworthiness of Betcoin.ag.

I will also go on to state that I personally tested their beta site and brought up some issues that I noticed, but those bet types were rolled out to the live site last night as well.

I thought I must have been missing something obvious, as many of the live bets offered, simply did not make sense. I've reached out to discuss this with them, as I won a lot last night with some attractive odds.

Betcoin.ag does not deserve this thread, especially if it was a mistake. A book is only as good as their last payout in my eyes, however I hold this book at the top of my list for honesty to date. Track record is all we can go on in this realm, and they are top notch.

Look, if there was some sort of glitch or what not PLEASE share that information and give me proof. How the hell would you know if they are not legit or not? Share with me the information that says I CHEATED case closed. I did not cheat though, and this is bullshit. "We believe you, to 24 hour review, now your account is banned you cant get any more information and YOU CHEATED!!!!" - BetCoin customer support.

Show your bets.  You know, the ones you placed after the games were over.  The ones you increased your bet size on and refuse to show.  Yea....THOSE bets.

SO you won a ton but are they accusing you and banning your account? I just think it is bullshit I am getting punished, I was happy as hell I won. and they then said I was sketchy because I wanted my winnings, when I had done that 6 previous times but just for lower amounts so it was "ok"

Anyways, I just wanted to vent, I will wait for them to complete their review tomorrow. I don't hate them just want to resolve this situation and still be able to use their site with no glitches since I do enjoy their casinos a lot.

It's not wise to vent prior to letting them review to see if they did indeed have issues on their side and if the bets were placed after they transpired or not. I reached out to them via email a little bit ago, after I first saw this thread to see if the bugs they had were related at all to my bets.

Their business is dependent upon trust, and posting a message that they are not paying up was an obvious attempt by you to try and gain leverage on the situation, and frankly, I wouldn't want a customer that overreacted like that either, regardless of the business type. Cooler heads prevail.

You are saying my bet to pick Djokovich to win the game last night was a CHEATED bet AFTER the match was over Or other bets I made and lost for sets? 2nd of all I did not bet sports their at all. The only reason why I went there was because they had live betting and Nitrogensports does not. (IF you want I will show you my betting history there to prove that is really the only place I like to sports bet) I made some bets, I won some I lost some. I had seriously no clue that there was any sort of glitch there and no one told me that there was a "new" book. My last login to the site was on Jan 15th... I only played there at the casino for blackjack and some slots. So the people at BetCoin are blaming me for their glitches and they took my deposit and winnings. How is this a good book right now?

I guess yeah I wouldn't realize too that there is a glitch when livetennis is showing results already and you are still capable of placing LIVE BETS with your bookie. I am personally glad they have banned you, you have been nothing but drama from day one Jonnyrockets/dpad/jhgy/ and the many more names you go by.. if you try to create any account on Betcoin from this day forward i will ask them to seize your funds entirely (for multi-accounting)

6 of the 8 players who spotted the glitch reported it ......... 2 cheated it

I'm glad to hear you worked it out with them. I also worked with them recently on an issue I experienced and they went above and beyond expectations in working with them.

Keep in mind how awesome this book has been with customer service next time, they deserve a lot of props. I've moved most of my business to them from traditional books.
