am using pgp keychain on mac. https://gpgtools.org/

i am speaking with someone through email right now. i can read their encrypted messages but cannot send them encrypted messages. under their details, their full email is not showing. the end portion of their email is cut off. does this mean my friend has to create a new private key with their correct, FULL email? i believe this is the problem..
