Find an exchange.

Here you go: http://coinllama.com/

Or search an ATM near you.

It depends on where you are, but the easiest way in the U.S. is:

1. Choose a wallet from bitcoin.org and install it.
2. Go to coinbase.com or circle.com and buy bitcoins using your bank account or credit card, or go to localbitcoins.com to buy with cash.
3. Transfer the bitcoins to your wallet.

Even easier: Get a wallet in blockchain.info. Software wallets are annoying as fuck.

the easiest way is just buy bitcoin in exchanger
sent your $$ to exchanger, and then buy bitcoin
if you need wallet you can choose between blockchain.info, multibit, or Mycelium

Look into coinbase.  Most will not sell BTC to paypal due to paypal charge backs.

there arent any "accounts," you should first search up bitcoin wallets on google first and read up, choose which one best fits your needs. Youll have a wallet address which will be your "identity" on the bitcoin network

the best way if you are in US is buying bitcoin from coinbase, for other places you have to search for local places, also take a look at localbitcoins. and for wallet check https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Bitcoin wallets:
https://www.bitgo.com - Great web wallet. Extremely secure. Use this to secure your finances.
http://pheeva.com - A wallet for your phone. Keep $10-$20 of Bitcoin on your phone wallet for easy spending.

Places to buy or sell bitcoin:
https://www.bitquick.co - Pay for your BTC with cash and receive them within 3 hours. 2% fee. This is definitely the easiest way to get BTC.
http://circle.com - Pay with a bank transfer, wait 5 business days. 0% fee.

Places to spend your Bitcoin:
http://spendabit.co - Bitcoin product search engine.

https://bitquick.co - Buy bitcoins instantly with cash at 2% fee or Sell Bitcoins at 0% fee with BitQuick.co. Encourage safer, more secure trading! Stop selling on LocalBitcoins.

If you want to buy bitcoins have a look at some exchanges or maybe even look at local bitcoins.
