I am pretty sure you are mistaken. 30+ Gigs on a phone sounds like a flawed concept for a single app.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

maybe i am, it was a really old post. i've even tried google , no dice. likely it went out of style when the blockchain became too big, but i'd like to take a look at the source code.

I guess you don't need to search anymore. Every android wallet has to be light-weighted, otherwise no user will use it.

android wallet are light weight clients and don't download the whole block chain
if the download the complete blockchain then you will need to download 30GB blockchain data on your smartphone
and what about running wallet with that much data? i can't imagine

Then please explain your purpose, so that we can point you in the right direction. I don't believe anyone has made a full-chain android wallet for Bitcoin, even older ones wouldn't exist for the simple reason that older Android phones also had much less storage capability so very few were even capable of holding the full-chain if it were possible.

Try using Wallet32, HD wallet that synchs with the blockchain everytime you open the app.
Downloading the whole blockchain on a android phone wouldn't leave much room for anything else.

Do you want to do some kind of RPC testing or for real use? Huh
