Careful here. Make sure BTC is in escrow before buying one of these vouchers.

Probably a hacked or bought account. Notice how the password was recently changed and his latest posts.

can only use vouchers with accounts that match your pasteandpay billing details. Trading/selling vouchers is not possible

Wrong, you only need a voucher code and mobile phone number.
