eBay is not supporting its sellers at all

Hello guys,

I am an active seller on eBay for more than 5 years. Last week a guy purchased one of my goods and I as usual I sent the item. However, yesterday, he said that the item did not arrive and eBay refunded him. I am really pissed off because I did a little research on this guy and it appeared that he is a scammer. I told what happened to other sellers and some of them recommended to me something named ebuyersreviewed and other told me to use FraudRecord. What is you opinion about these websites, are they worth it?
