If they pay you 1000$, put 1000$ in escrow and ask for referals, each will get 1.6$ worth in BTC and you will net 200$.

You likely will not get a (good) offer until you post your price OP.  I googled Neopets 500 Referrals and it said the prize was a secret as nobody ever got it.
