Can anybody recommend me a card I can use at the ATM

If it's a card where I don't have to send a bunch of personal info to activate that would be a bonus

Its better to exchange your bitcoins with paypal cash. Because there are so many bitcoin anonymous prepaid card providers are selling their cards. And peoples have to suffer from scam . So its my advice not to buy any bitcoin prepaid card , when you can convert your bitcoin fund into paypal cash from any trusted exchanger , if paypal supports bank transfer in your country.

I'm using ePayments Prepaid card epayments.com. Comes in USD and EUR has decent limits https://www.epayments.com/tariff. These guys launched dsx.uk. Good exchange with no funding and withdrawal fees to ePayments wallet/card. Both epayments and dsx accounts are integrated so that transfers are instant. Saved a a lot with them compare to Btc-e.

There is Xapo Card which is pretty known , you should check it out . there is another project under developement by MyCelium : https://mycelium.com/bitcoincard (Device is in final stages of development.)
@loiterin9 What are you talking about mate , isn't ePayments a MasterCard ? I'am pretty sure that it has nothing to do with Bitcoin .

You are right ePayments Prepaid MasterCard, however, by linking dsx.uk trading account with ePayments wallet you end up with the cheapest bitcoin card on the market. IMHO. The set up is not as straight forward but not a rocket science. Lets me sell coins and put cash on card.
