I need a list of addresses that regularly receive and send bitcoins (say every 10 mins). I need it to test some notifiers I am building. Would be great to have some of them posted here.

If you're testing, you should ask for TestNet coins and send them yourself. That way you control everything that's going on

Good suggestion of testnet!
However I'd also like to test on mainnet after I'm done with testnet.

You can try monitoring the Sarutobi bitcoin address, as it's constantly sending out bits to players https://blockchain.info/address/3MXxfNZoifLYdS8wJTpvfeDNPt9ZWuMAaN

Regulary receive and send Bitcoin ? I guess it would be logic if I say Gambling & betting websites such as PrimeDice , LuckyBit etc ...
or Exchange websites too , they do receive & send BTC regulary  ,also you have another choice to check here : https://blockchain.info/popular-addresses (order by output) most of them is for gambling as I can see . good luck mate

Building a *reliable* bitcoin notifier. Its the basis for any good bitcoin related business. The ones around on the web are not very reliable.

Testnet works great! but sadly I often have to wait 20 mins for confirmations. I couldn't get "testnet in a box" to run. So I'm kinda stuck with this.
