Speed mining : R9280xOC : chnager KH/s to MH/s

I have 3 R9280xOC cards, I now mining with max 600 KH / s, how can I speed towards the chnager MH / s.

my script:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
cgminer --scrypt -o xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx -u xxxxx -p xxxxxx -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --shaders 2048

I use cgminer-3.7.2-windows version

Download sgminer and set this

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer --scrypt -o xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx -u xxxxx -p xxxxxx --xintensity 400 -g 2 -w 256

You should see a significant gain.
