There are some other topics already on bitcointalk about https://796.com/  where you can hedge BTC and LTC.

I can only report about my experience, trading futures is allright, lost of volume it seems.
My problem is another: redraw BTC. The ONLY way you can withdraw is via functiong 2FA linked to your phone.

The messages just doesn't get delivered with the PIN to conform my withdraw. (I did manage to link my phonenumber with 796.com, that PIN did make it to my phone. Yes)

I needed to withdraw the BTC I had at 796.com now more than 2 days ago, and have made a supportticket than. Nobody reacts nothing, live support is offline.

We are talking about $2500 Today I send another message, this time to support@796.com: no answer.

Anybody familiar with them? There is a bitcointalk member from 796.com activ on here, can you explain?

I come from china, I could tell you something about 796.

Firstly, 796 is not a company (any companies registered is just a decoration), but merely a private exchange, created by Rong.Zhu.

Then, it doesn‘t have any e-mail/SMS message to notify their customers for any info about 796. (so you send mail to 796, that is certainly "no answer")

If you want to know what happened on 796, you have only to follow Rong.Zhu. But be careful, he will be brainwashing you, with released lots of "Chicken Soup" every day.

BTW, he used to be a seasoned Bitcoin speculators, and created great investment strategy on Bitcoin. (Rong.Zhu just spent one strategy, that earned more than BTC10,000 from IPO in 2013, we called it "legal robbery".)

At last, here is Rong.Zhu's bitcointalk account, you can PM he for more.

 Wink Good game, good luck!

Topic is old, i know. But the support behaviour did not get better in the meanwhile. Sending emails or pm's are useless. Which is pretty poor since i like the exchange. After i understood it of course.

I hope i will never have any problems since i wouldnt know what to do besides posting here. One should think that the owner makes enough money to be able to hire a support person.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.
