What do you mean with " I do not scam". Paypal isn't secure, so you can always make a chargeback (also after 90 days). Can you use another method of payment?

I'm sorry this is my only means of payment or I would have already purchased a site.
I can send the payment as a "gift" like that it will be impossible to make a chargeback, but I will trade with a reputable member.

There are some cases of chargeback also with "gift" paypal payment, so it isn't secure at 100%. However good luck with your research.
