After  reinstall windows. I  found that the key backed up to multibit wallet do not fit..
I know the name wallet and password. but I can not restore it to multibit. the btcguild I locked it already ..
what to do now? Huh

To recover your bitcoins you need either:

1) A copy of your original wallet, and the password you set on it (if you set one). You can simply do a File | Open to open the wallet.
or
2) An export of the private keys in the original wallet, together with the password you used to encrypt the export (if you set one). You can use these to create a new wallet and import the private keys.

MultiBit automatically creates both wallet backups and encrypted exports of your private keys but unfortunately they are on the disk on which you re-installed your OS. Unless you copied them elsewhere manually you will not have these.
