[GLBSE] New stock or fund?

Hi! I manage a private fund with NYSE stocks, and want to offer it on GLBSE, but I don't know if it should be a stock or a bond.

What do you recommend me to offer with this type of fund?

If you want people to own shares in an actual company with voting rights etc then issue it as a stock.
If you just want to raise some funds then issue a bond.
