igot.com keep holding my bitcoin

hello,
        few days ago i made withdraw bitcoin from igot.com to my other bitcoin wallet, they are just trying to hold my money longer .

it seem they are scam , because their deposit functions work fine but when it comes to withdraw money they said they have big upgrade lol.
