Try a signature campaign, a small one which allows all people including negative trust. Most (if not all) campaigns don't allow negative trust, so if you offer half decent rates you will get some good signatures from negative trusted people.

Start a twitter/facebook/reddit ad campaign, pay people  for them to submit the link to their profiles etc, it will surely get your site some exposure and after that you can start a small sig-campaign. Good luck!
