Hello, I had 1 year mining plan from Cointerra for which I payed 8000$ a year ago. They did not finished paying all the months we had on our contract because they stopped on January when they gone Bankrupt.

The letter says I have to fill the "File Proof of Claim" on http://www.txwb.uscourts.gov/

I have to fill the money they owe me and I do not how much ask should I ask, a 100% refund maybe? I am on his creditor list and thats why I received the letter.

I googled the case and found these contacts, may be you can ask them:

(source: http://bitcoinvista.com/2015/01/30/cointerra-files-for-bankruptcy-with-up-to-999-creditors-owed/)

Looking at this objectively, you could ask for full refund minus the bitcoin you received in total from CoinTerra valued at the time of the transactions.

8000$ is a big investment. You could thin about paying for legal advice to get the biggest payout possible. Its difficult to understand all the legal jargon. A lawyer would know what your best course of action should be.
