Firstly, he should prove his legitimacy by pumping eKrona on Allcoin.
Even then all pumps ultimately fail. It's only the big players that actually profit. By the time you see the change and submit your sell orders, the sell order book will be flooded and you'll end up stuck with x amount of some crappy coin since everyone is now trying to undersell to minimise on their losses after the real pimples got out before they even noticed.
