Please read the provably fair part of the site (bitlotto.co/fair.php).
The random number is randomly chosen from random.org, and it is not provably fair, because it does not matter, we choose it at the beginning and there is no way to "choose" your lotto number.
Exactly 1 week from the round start (25th)

Its actually called provably fair and if you took the time to read the url that you just quoted then maybe you could figure it out as I took the time to outline this.
One more ticket has been purchased, for a total of a 0.14 prize pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111ONEONEONE

Lottery has officially ended! I will be taking a break for march break while developing some new features, but of course if enough people are interested I could get it up for this week.
Here you can verify this message
This week's random number has been chosen to be 67 and the round started on 2/25/2015 with the lotto address of 1Lot1mSfkciv6akWNyoAx5MfHahjHn22ai. Random string is cow64
Should be hashed to 6c6fdd4b0ea375c6d1da76cb6372301d5f9587b9d5e76b6a718c2f3260f9a8db with sha256
Which has been quoted multiple times and has been on the website for the entire week.
This means this person with the txid: https://blockchain.info/tx/577ca9916316494aba02f0f3faa7299f3b321d8db7be5183e828e382618e8af3
Has won with the random number of 74.9491 (closest to 67) and address of 1N5okqtBZ9PUNipwJunqKUkcdS1GZpsrWx
So the winnings of 0.14 * 0.95 = 0.133 btc are sent to the winning address 1N5okqtBZ9PUNipwJunqKUkcdS1GZpsrWx
Other 5% has been donated to the escrow.
Keep in mind that I hashed the string before I switched the system to escrow, so the old address 1Lot1mSfkciv6akWNyoAx5MfHahjHn22ai has been in the hash, but the most important thing is that you can verify the number 67 hasn't changed since the beginning of the week.
How to verify your bet:
Secret key for this week was Z2mFaU1JRoP7qvHzYi3L0xkE4sgBtWe5
The has of it has been also quoted and on the site for the rest of the week 2aa203b0bc2154c2390e6927e49ba72628f81b89c9e83eeaee3fb3ac72a39f87
Click the "fair" header on the navigation bar to know how to verify your bet using the secret key for the week.

Payment to winner has been sent. Note that there was a small glitch on the website and the pool was displayed as being 0.01BTC extra. The actual pool was 0.1299 BTC, which means the winner got 0.123405BTC.

It supposedly is just like in normal lotter - so yes, it should be total random pick.

He mentioned before that it is provably fair so it generates a random number in a way that can be shown to prove the owner cannot select a person to make win.

He needs to make all the process more transparent to see the list of participants and the way the winner is chosen .

He could release a spread sheet showing all of the math behind it at the end of each week to make the site more trust worthy.
