As title says, i will pay you 20 000 satoshi to surf atleast 111 pages on 15 second timer traffic exchange.

Are you paying 20k satoshi on a per page basis or is that for the entire 111 pages? If it is the former then it is not a completely unreasonable deal, at least as far as faucet standards are concerned, it would work out to roughly .022 BTC for roughly 30 minutes of 'work'.

However if you are paying 20k satoshi (.0002 BTC) then you would be making roughly $0.06 for a half hour.

On a manual surf site people surf to earn credits to promote their sites, or to boost traffic to them, without getting anything.
If there are people like that here, i am giving them something extra if they use me as their ref.
Hope that explains situation better, if you dont want to use credits gained surfing there, it wont give you much profit, thats true.
