I am auctioning away a prepaid virtual visa card with 200$ balance.

Rules & Information:
- Bid increase by min 1$
- The card is issued by denmark bank spendon and can be used at at most sites accepting visa. Including gambling sites.
- Due to the nature of visa card the card should be used fully up within 2 hours after escrow is opened. After this i am no longer reliable
for the balance of the card and validity
- The winner should open a localbitcoins trade with me and deal with escrow through there for both parties safety, unless i feel you are trusted enough for me to go first.
- Payment method accepted is only bitcoin
- The auction ends 2 hours after the post was created, highest bidder will be the winner.

Visa gift card balances tend to expire after months of inactivity. You are making it a requirement for the buyer to spend it within hours.

If the card is legitimate then why can't the buyer spend a small amount immediately and then spend the rest over the next several months at their pleasure?

They can... But i dont provide any guarantee for it after 2 hours. People are too unaware with saving details in plain .txt file, being keylogged and much more what. The longer time the cards lays around saved somewhere the higher the chances are of being abused.
