Is Editing Post Consider as Ban Evasion

if I'm using another account for EDITING instead POSTING

Is it consider as ban evasion ?

If you want to do first thing, it is not possible but if you meant to do second, I think it is considered as ban evasion.

He probably doesn't have the time to verify answers you have been given.  Yes, it would be ban evasion.  You are only allowed to post in META when banned.

Editing post is also ban evasion. Posting and sending PMs are to tell others something. You could do the same if you edit. No matter where you post*, it will be moved by staff to right section.

* For example, you posted in Bitcoin Discussion and changed all contents to a service or an ANN. The post will be reported and moved to Services or Service Announcements.

Clearly editing a post is using an account so it's not allowed.

Consider the spirit of the law over the letter of the law.

The admins wanted to give the ability for a user to appeal/discuss their ban.  So they allow you to create a single alt account and post only in META.  That's the spirit (purpose) of the law.

Anything else you to do to circumvent this spirit of the law would probably be breaking it, no matter what the letter of the law says.  So stop asking for clarification of small print.
