1) The collateral your provided can't be sold easily* and/or we can't get 0.2BTC within some days if you default.
2) Cloudminr.io is a ponzi. It can collapse anytime.

It would probably be smart not to sell to this person as he is trying to sell his account, and it is very likely that he repay any loan that he gets
