Xapo?!

Have a couple of new sites (faucets/apps) coming along the way, and I'm thinking about working with Xapo.

I've seen a lot of negative as well as positive feedback about their services and just wanted to get some feedback to see what you guys think. Pros, cons, biggest concerns or satisfactions?

They had some problems with launching there debit card last year which is why people say bad things but I think many of this is fixed now. I received one in end of January and it works really well (I'm based in Italy).

Overall in faucets they are good (if not the best). Many of the big faucets use them and you can get 50-100% sometimes to send to a Xapo wallet.

I started testing their apis last week and am adding them to my 2 faucets. The only thing missing is a faucet script but i think they are working on this. I recommend.

For faucets, its not a bad thing. Most of them offer instant payouts, and some have the extra bonus as mentioned. But there are more trusted wallets that can be used when dealing with larger amounts.

I know that sounds bit paranoid but I am very carefull about services that want my ID and telephone number. It looks like they use dust payments just to gather ID of Bitcoiners.

They promote themselves that they are very secure especially with a vault protected by multiple new technologies, but I must say I don't like their website user interface and that they want too much info.
Btw, if you are going to use it only for faucets - you can just register with fake info and not upload anything - it still works - i mean you get your dust from faucets and you can withdraw it.  
Also keep a note that they use bits and not traditional satoshies as parts of bitcoin

Yeah, I stopped using it when it asked for my ID and other personal information like that. Wasn't willing to give that when there are many other alternatives that don't ask for it
