Well, if you're a little suicidal, you could try Dank's Hookah Bar.

When you say "considerable amount" what do you mean?  $1,000 is a considerable amount to some people but utterly useless for the capital expansion for any real enterprise.
Are you looking for revenue share or actual equity?  I am sure you understand any equity stake is going to involve registration and thus taxation.  Given than companies are legal constructs of the state you can't have real ownership outside the state so that means playing by the rules of the state to include regulation, registration, and taxation.

You should probably look into S.DICE. Net profits a little above the sum of everything listed on GLBSE.

My Credentials  | THE BTC Stock Exchange | I have my very own anthology! | Use bitcointa.lk, it's like this one but better.

hey peoples

so I am looking to invest a considerable amount in *real* business / venture that has proven income that just needs abit of a cash injection. Or even a startup company that has potential.

Not sure what rate of return I would be after, perhaps a % of the business would be good =)

I know this is pretty vague and probably not the correct forum... due to what goes on here.. but I do know some people do run legit operations...

Would be looking to invest BTC (or even AUD for you australian folks) but the BTC would need to be pegged (if thats correct term?) to US/AUS/woteva currency $$$.

I dont mean any disrepect... but if your business is listed on GLBSE, involves mining, lending or anything of that nature I am not interested.
You would obviously need to provide quite abit of ID and info to prove your company exists etc etc, and there be legal contracts (not gpg signed messages... Roll Eyes )

Also if anyone has any suggestions for a better site/forum for this sort of stuff please let me know.

And yes I am aware of the stock exchange, and financial advisors but thats boring Tongue

thanks =)

How much BTC are you looking to invest?

If it is a sizable amount, I have considerable real-world opportunities.  It would have to be pegged to the USD/BTC exchange rate, and the interest rate would be negotiable.

I am a trusted trader!  Ask Inaba, Luo Demin, Vanderbleek, Sannyasi, Episking, Miner99er, Isepick, Amazingrando, Cablez, ColdHardMetal, Dextryn, MB300sd, Robocoder, gnar1ta$ and many others!

Take a look at Pyramining.  Fnds invested in mining hardware and earn a guarenteed minimum 10% on original investment.  Links in Sig take you to the site hich explains the system in detail.

It is not exactly an "investment" but if you wish to help remove the curse it will perhaps help your assets in the long run.

Your first thread had a small potential for you to make a couple of BTC....
but the new one looks like extortion... why dont you delete that one and stick to the first ? if someone pays you now what is to stop you doing the same thing next week ?

Yes, it is a form of extortion. But that's the free market for you. Besides, the curse will prove the efficacy of my powers, and when I am paid to remove it and do so I will prove that I am a man of my word. After that I expect my offers of spells for hire will be taken more seriously.

But that is neither here nor there. I offer you a chance for investment, something to improve the entire bitcoin community as well as your own portfolio. Not just financial gain, but gain in esteem in the eyes of your fellows.

Are you looking more for angel type investments? Just you and the company type of deal?
Where are you located (Australia?), how difficult is working internationally for you?
Are you looking mainly for brick and mortar stuff, or internet space .com stuff?

If you're in Australia, then I know that SpendBitcoins has reached the point where Jeremy can't really run it as a one-man show any more and an injection of capital might be just what the business needs to help it grow at a controlled rate.  He's streets ahead of overseas operations because he's set up ways of people using Bitcoins for their day to day purchases and living expenses (yay BPay).  His reputation is extremely sound here on the forum - I think I've only ever read one or two complaints about his service in the whole time it's been operating.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.
