I bought this and some other used parts on ebay. I heard something pop when powered. I dont know if it was the board or psu. I think it was a capacitor on the board. Psu powered on but no boot. Will sell cheap.

So, let me get this straight: you want to sell a potentially bad PSU and no note on refunds. Do you accept them for this item? Also, it may be modular. Does it come with cables, all of them?

Seems a highly risky trade...
