Does anyone know how to get hold of privacy shark?

I bought and paid for a domain over 48 hours ago and haven’t had so much as an email from them. I tried their email support and got nothing back (except their anti spam countermeasure and confirmation that I had passed anti spam). The domain is still isted as available at internic. Sad

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Most of the bitcoin-related sites/shops are one-man operations.
As such, delays are to be expected.

I am not defending privacyshark, nor the lack of communication.

Since I haven't seen any complaints, I can only assume that the site owner is simply temporarily 'afk'.

When we needed help with a ip update a week ago the customer service was quick and perfect. We need another update now and they have not responded (it's been a couple days)  so hopefully they will get back to us soon enough.

Privacy Shark made the I.P. changes we needed today. We fully recommend this company.

Has Privacy Shark gone AWOL? They took my coins and registered the domain but now haven't responded to requests (IP update) for about 10 days. Do I need a special handshake to get through?

It looks like this isn't abnormal for them. If they don't respond within a few days (14 days total) I would start to pursue other avenues. But it seems like they get stuff done it just takes a little longer.

My request got processed just now. Seems they were having some technical difficulties that are now resolved.

Privacy shark shares company address with MyBitCoin.

I'd say there was a good chance they are the same company/owner.
