Yes, unfortunately. Things are slightly different - we now introduced email verification to withdraw. In addition (and to offset this slight annoyance) we will offer Xapo and direct-to-wallet payments in addition to Xapo soon! Lot of changes coming.
We had a crazy hour and loyalty bonus where users could win up to 200% of our double rewards. This will return! Had to combat the hacks first.
Thanks for the message - and the bump!
I've logged in with my Xapo email address and verified my email. When I click on "Cash Out" button I got presented with my balance and there are no other buttons to cash out to my Xapo wallet. How do I cash out from your website? I'm sorry for the hack, we need to protect. Best regards.

Check your wallet - it may have been that your cashout was a manually requested one!

Confirmed. All working again: didn't tried the cashout to Xapo wallet but I'm sure is working as well. Will post here once tested. Best regards.

This is one of the highest-paying networks out there, especially with the use of crazy bonus hour and the loyalty bonus! Brilliant faucet network, and I'm glad to see that you've implemented great changes since the attacks. As a user, I don't mind having to verify my email address, especially when cashing out sums of 50K+.
Also, I don't see an option to cash out to XAPO; does this only work if signing in with a XAPO email address?
And last thing... Two big fat thumbs up from this guy!

What's your address? I assume you've checked your spam emails etc. Had another report of a mail not being delivered - my apologies, I will look into this for you ASAP. We're not the highest paying faucet on paper, but our users have received over 1.1 Billion satoshis from us and counting since March. I constantly reinvest into the site to ensure users have the best experience they can - and unlike other faucets, I support the ecosystem by sending thousands of visitors to the sites in my index bars daily. Our faucets are in large part funded by the referral commissions we earn for this referral traffic from visitors like you, so it's important to keep things running smoothly.

I regularly make banners and promote new faucets within the ecosphere, it's the best way to do things. The faucets in my index bars attract around 1500 clicks per day.

Need a few testers for the Xapo/Direct payment system, I am having reports of errors but it seems that 99% of the users are using it fine.
If anyone is having issues please let me know!

Is it normal that I have to verifies my e-mail every few days for cash out?
For the time being! I am working on having this happen weekly, it's an effort to reduce botting. Some users have reported losses of satoshi upon withdrawal, it's an issue I will certainly be looking into - and feel it's linked to the email verification in some way. This was an old feature on sites like 777Bitcoin, IntellectCoin, BitcoStars etc, but seems redundant now I know. However I plan to scale up the faucets in the coming months and as such need to ensure my users are real and not bots - I've lost around 1BTC to bots since starting, which is a fairly big dent to take. I hope to get the faucets to the 1000 satoshi mark by Christmas. It does mean that users are free to 'store up' their satoshi if they choose - quite a few users have chosen to do this, and means the cashout is less of an issue. However for the users experiencing the withdraw bug, it's quite distressing to see your satoshi lost. / ATT: FOR ALL USERS WHO HAVE LOST SATOSHI PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED GOOGLE FORM! https://goo.gl/forms/7ghrXGmrjJ
