well with shipping costs to pakistan, i can't imagine you'll find a very good deal here unless you link up with someone in or near your country. All the same, good luck. .25 is only about $60 USD

Don't you have a service like Craigslist in Pakistan ? Just buy a second hand from the market. Shipping to Pakistan alone would cost anyone more than 20-30$ for a mobile phone.
