Is the site currently down ? I am getting "Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL." On opening the link.

Hi, it is a random bug we are working at, if you get it, after 1 minute you should be able to connect again, is just a mysql restarting which loses the connection for a minute or less, still detecting what triggers it.

Thanks a lot for the feedback and feel free to report any bug or issues you might have, thanks for the assistance and support.

Great work, http://altcoinsfoundation.com now open for new member signup.. with some very cool features added to it aswell, such as press release, and chat features, theyre already active, Very Cool  Cool I especially like the "Supported Coins" aspect that way members can see who likes what, rock on.. i think AF will help fill in some gaps that others crypto sites have left out, The CryptoCommunitys Voice.

Thank you, The Altcoins Foundation v1.0b

On a feedback point, I think in the main menu bar you could have a Upcoming Features or Features under development section. Just showing or detailing the things in the pipeline for the project.

It's really not obvious that there's a full feature forum along with the website. You get to in by selecting "members" in the top nav bar, then "forums" or by selecting the "altcoin announcements" button at the bottom of the homepage. I'd suggest "forums" be it's own item in the top nav bar, and then changing the "altcoin announcements" button at the bottom to a "forums" button that goes to the main forum page, http://altcoinsfoundation.com/forum/index

This is an excellent forum implementation. Very well laid out, very user friendly, nice features, and all it really needs is some regular contributors.

Just visited altcoinsfoundation.com and seen the Forums link in the nav bar! Good job. The forum is a big part of the site and one the main areas I think the site will grow.

For the forum we are planning coins giveaways to invite new users and to offer something plus to the coins that Announce in them.
