On March 30, the Caribbean will get a taste of the digital currency economy, with the launch of Bitt, a new cryptocurrency exchange in Barbados. I was a bit taken aback when I saw "Poverty Action" info, as most know when it comes to Barbados and finance it's more directed to the wealth seeking to hide funds than those in need of funds.
