Well halving is coming soon, well in about 25 weeks. So that isn't really soon. But that will be a big pump.

I agree and when that time comes, it will a roller coaster ride. Get in now while you can. Don't wait for that $100 mark and buy now. We can't be so sure how high the price of btc when halving comes. One thing I'm so sure about, it wont go down.

All depends on what you call a big rise. We broke the 390 some hours ago, it's not that bad.

But it will depend if we reach a consensus before the halving or not. Because miners will need a high price at halving, so if no consensus then no new investment then miners unhappy cause having to dump their coins...

It would be a very dangerous situation for btc.

Yeah even I strongly believe that there is no way that Bitcoin will ever go back to $100 again as its lowest price is $350 and stable is $400

Nope, I would buy more early than $100 because that price might never happen and if you don't buy at $200 and the price goes up to $400 again it wouldn't be that good, I think it will be more appropriate to say people are waiting for a good price to buy.

I think the short term lowest point of the bitcoin price is $300. If it is broken, it is very bad for bitcoin.

If someone is waiting for a price that low most likely they will be waiting for a very long time unless they get bored, BTC does sometimes fall but to actually make use of it you should buy at a reasonable price and wait for the recovery rather than waiting for an unrealistic price.

We had low prices last week, i don't expect more "discounts" on bitcoin prices. Now prices are higher than 400 $ level, and every week one week less for the halving, i expect that bitcoin will be increasing its price.

I could see a dip to $100 on some kind of bad news.  That would be a good time to buy.  I don't think Bitcoin will go away, I think it will eventually rise.

It's still a risk you should take into account when doing future previsions.

But I disagree with the previous post as well.
You don't even need a miner or a early adopter to dump. If one of the major trading platforms becomes a scam (like we saw others before) bitcoin could sink well under 350$.

if any ordinary miner dumps his stock then the price cannot go this much down as he don't have enough bitcoins to crash the bitcoin price.
But if a big mining company or any other enterprise dump their bitcoin then the scenario will be different.
