[BANNED APPEAL] banned twice within 2 weeks

hey everyone help me please i have banned for posting twice within 2 weeks , i have banned for 14 days before and yesterday i got banned AGAIN , just recover from banned and banned again and again.

this is the banned message "you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com ."

when i see here https://bitcointalk.org/modlog.php , my account got autobanned with this report code Autoban user: N/A in topic #0 by member #391043

i have sent an email also pm to the staff but not yet receive any reply.

looking at your post history I see that you make a lot of very short posts, they probably are what I would call "two liners" (that is a little bit longer then a one liner but still very short). Although, after looking at your post history, it looks like your posts since what was most likely your last ban were actually one liners.

Prior to your last ban you also seem to have been using the 'return' key in order to make short posts look longer then they really are by creating a new line after only ~1/3 of a line.

I would suggest putting more effort into your posts.

i confused with the rules, there is too many rules that make difficult to move and that make everyone so easy get banned.
my last post is on prediction score event, so i just write my predict like "israel 0-3 wales" should i write another words into that?? so confusing really.

No. That is relevant to that thread as that's all you need to post so it's ok but if all your posts were just in there then it might be a different matter. Adding more pointless words to a sentence or post does not suddenly make it constructive as well.

It is not ban evading as long as you only post in meta and the purpose of your posts is only to appeal your ban.

If you were previously banned for 14 days then I would guess that you would most likely be banned for 60 days now. You should see the duration of the ban in the red message at the top of your screen when you login.....at least this is where I understand the message to be.

You should follow on threads that you have posted.

oh okay i understand now, one of the main reasons is my sig-camp that required constructive post, but what is constructive definition according to judge ( staff that make decision spam or not, banned unbanned ) but in my opinion all of my posts is constructive enough.  i have many many times saying "im sorry im abusing the forum rules" because not yet understand deeply about forum rules + my bad english it make worse.

without any kind of timeframe then you were probably banned on a permanent basis. If you did not present any basis as to why you were banned in error then it is unlikely that you will be unbanned on an immediate basis although if you come back in the future then you *may* get unbanned if you ask nicely and demonstrate that you learned your lesion.

What about the other part where it said what you were banned for? As far as I know, its not possible for an admin to ban someone without filling in a reason. If you check the other people with threads about their ban, all screen shots say, "for insubstanial posts + signature" or "spamming" or something similar.

As far as your appeal that was sent to Theymos, it will be read. It might take a day or two, but it will be read. If you don't recieve a response, that means the appeal is denied and you should just wait out your ban to avoid ban extension. If you weren't give a specific amount of time until your ban expires, that means its permanent. However, if you don't break any rules ie don't ban evade, you can appeal to have the perma ban lifted in 30 days with a decent success rate.

nah i dont understand the reason i got banned , the ban message didnt explain the reason why i get banned. i see the report on moderate post my account was auto banned, maybe its bot? i dont know.

yeah as i said before in my message ban , no explanation why my account get banned. i wish it just an error with auto banned. is it possibe?

If it didn't give a message and it didn't give a timeframe then it was more then likely permanent. It was more then likely for the same reason as the last time you were banned (most likely insubstantial posts + paid sig) as I don't see any other reason for you to get banned based on your post history
