Have you Chargedback before , i mean there opens up a dispute but am sure he will not reply and you will win but still keep your proofs together
I haven't, it's my first time. I just opened a dispute in the virtual goods category for not receiving my item.

I will take that offer if it can wait a couple of days.

Sadly, that guy took 50$ from my debit account and I just had 60$ there.
I need to get more dollars. (I'm from Peru and the currency used here is Soles, I just use Dollars for buying stuff online)

I believe he will not reply to the dispute , it's your win but as i have heard ( not sure) you should not state it as Virtual Item( Bitcoin specifically) , Virtual item is fine i think.
Good luck with it!

Really? I heard that paypal is starting to bet for bitcoin, so I thought it would be ok.
My payment message did say that the 50$ were for 0.2BTC.
I just hope everything goes alright.. like I said, if it doesn't, 50$ is not the the end of the world, but I would really like to get that money back.

Thanks for the concern and help Cheesy

Told you to state that it was a physical item , most of the times scammers do not bother to reply back to dispute but you learned a good lesson for small amount , be careful for next time Smiley

Anyone willing to sell me 50$ (0.2~ BTC) worth of bitcoin ?
